F105--Emerald Ash Bore Tree Treatment

Trunk injected systemic Emamectin Benzoate for Emerald Ash Borer protection 119 trees on the Clement J. Zablocki Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI 53295. A. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, management, and equipment necessary to provide and apply trunk injected systemic Emamectin Benzoate for Emerald Ash Borer protection to one hundred nineteen (119) trees. The Diameter at Breast Height (DBH) is 2,309.32 inches, Tree are to be treated on the Clement J. Zablocki Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). B. This work will commence on or near June 1, 2021 (to take place over the course of three days) when the trees are leafed out. See Attachment A for the list of trees to be treated and Attachment B for the Map of where the trees are located on campus. C. If the Emerald ash borers come back and re-infest within the two year guaranteed treatment time (24 months) the contractor shall re-apply the systemic Emamectin Benzoate at no cost to the government. The reinjections shall take place within seven days of discovery.
