Description Scope of Services: 1. Furniture Moving The City of Stamford will be responsible for the design and layout of major internal moves and renovations. The contractor will provide setup and breakdown for meetings held in the building as directed by the Building Manager as well as assist with minor furniture moves and assembling. 2. General Repairs and Maintenance On a daily basis, the Maintenance Contractor Supervisor, will inspect the building, including but not limited to the garage, stairwells and grounds, for cleanliness, proper maintenance and satisfactory overall service, in keeping with scope contained herein and good building operating and maintenance procedures. 3. Assist in Handling Claims The contractor shall report any and all accidents to the Building Manager; assist the City of Stamford's Risk Management and Law Department in investigations of accident claims by building occupants, employees, and visitors and maintain accurate records of each case; and cause to be corrected the condition(s) responsible for such claims.
