Seasonal Mowing Services for Pensacola International Airport

Furnish all services, labor, materials, equipment, tools, insurance, permits, and fees (if any) necessary to render the services. Langley Fields Maintenance: The two open fields adjacent to Langley Avenue shall be mowed and trimmed, and the sidewalks edged and swept as follows: a. Mow a 40’ area along the northern edge of Langley Avenue, to include the sidewalk, from McAllister Avenue, south to the development at 2408 Langley Avenue. b. Mow a 40’ area along the southern edge of Ninth Avenue, to include the sidewalk, from the development at 6420 N. 9th Avenue north to McAllister Avenue. c. Mow the entire area bounded by McAllister Avenue, Langley Avenue, to include the sidewalks, Long Street, and Nightingale Street to the tree line. d. Mow the area on the outside of the fence between the street and the fence on the east end of “Bob Cole Automotive” bounded by Long Street, Nightingale Street and McAllister Avenue. Services shall be for a three 3 year period. Pensacola International Airport owns and operates two self-service mini-warehouse storage facilities located within close proximity to the Airport. The Storage Facility located at 6102 Tippin Avenue contains 305 units, and the Storage Facility located at 5445 Sherrill Avenue contains 185 units
