Description

The proposed project involves an overlay and road reconstruction. The overlay includes asphalt, tie-, spot road repairs, utility cover adjustments, and gravel shouldering. The road reconstruction includes milling the existing asphalt surface regrading and compacting the pulverized asphalt with new base course as needed, new asphalt paving, gravel shouldering, and ditch grade adjustments. All bids must be in accordance with the Contract Documents on file with Robert Peccia & Associates, 102 Cooperative Way, Suite 300, Kalispell, Montana, (406) 752-5025. Each bidder will be required to be registered with the State of Montana, Department of Labor and Industry prior to bidding on this project. The Lion Mountain Owners Association reserves the right to reject all bids, to waive informalities, and to reject nonconforming, irregular, non-responsive, or conditional bids.
