| Description | The Parking Authority of the City of Camden (PACC) is soliciting Proposals for the following services pursuant to the "Fair & Open Process" provided by N.J.S.A 19:44A-20.4 ET. Seq. and not as a Competitive Bid. 2023 SNOW REMOVAL CONTRACT The right to reject any and all Bids or to accept the Bid or any item of any Bid deemed most advantageous to The Parking Authority and to award contracts accordingly is expressly reserved to the authority of the Board of Commissioners of The Parking Authority of the City of Camden. Note: All Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 ET. Seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Bids will not be received after the time specied for the opening of the Bids. Bids received after the hour appointed will be deemed invalid and return unopened to the Bidder. |
