Work includes, but is not limited to, inspection of existing, detailed construction shop drawings for all trim, flashing and roof transitions; general constructions; ACM/LBP inspection, testing and abatement, removal and re-installation of existing slate roof tile shingles; removal and reinstallation of all architectural cap trim and gutters. All questions at the site visit MUST BE in writing and submitted as an RFI. The official bid opening will be February 1, 2023 at 2:00 PM CT and will occur via Microsoft Teams meeting.
