The Work is located on South Grener Avenue, Prairie Township, Franklin County, Ohio 43228. Specifically, the Work includes modifications and improvements to the sanitary sewer system from 352 S. Grener Avenue north to the entrance drive to Stiles Elementary School (4700 Stiles Avenue, Columbus OH 43228). B. The Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, constructing the Work described below and all related appurtenances. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Sewer: a. Construction of a new sanitary sewer including service lateral connections to the new sanitary sewer and connecting the new sewer to existing manholes. 2. Manholes: a.
