Val Verde Maintenance and Operation Facility and Composite Site Project

The project scope includes the construction of the Maintenance & Operations Facility including Manufactured Metal Buildings, Foundations for District supplied and installed Modular Office Buildings, associated onsite and offsite site work and utilities for new buildings. The site work and underground utilities for the future Central Kitchen Building will also be included in this project.
