Description | The project scope includes the construction of the Maintenance & Operations Facility including Manufactured Metal Buildings, Foundations for District supplied and installed Modular Office Buildings, associated onsite and offsite site work and utilities for new buildings. The site work and underground utilities for the future Central Kitchen Building will also be included in this project. All bids are to be submitted to Erickson-Hall Construction Co. bids@ericksonhall.com All Contractors must comply with AB 3018 - Skilled & Trained Workforce requirements Project subject to pre-qualification, MEP subcontractors are contractors pursuant to Section 7058 of the Business and Professions Code holding an A, B, C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, or C-46 license. - Prequal @ https://www.qualitybidders.com/.
