The Work to be performed shall include: Construction of approximately 150 linear feet of watermain improvements, including but not limited to installation and testing of 8-inch diameter ductile iron watermain, connection to existing City of Redmond and City of Bellevue watermains, and other work, necessary to complete the project. Engineers Estimate for this work is $150,000 to $190,000. All physical work shall be completed in the time specified in Section 1- 08.5. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified or cashiers check or surety bid bond made payable to the City of Redmond, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid including sales tax. and all listed additives and alternates.
