| Description | Provide all parts and labor necessary to inspection and maintain in operational condition the UPS and DC Power Systems-800 Mhz Sites. The terms of this agreement shall be effective January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2023 (or for three years from the date of award). The agreement may be extended by mutual agreement, for an additional two (1) year renewals with the option to negotiate pricing, terms and conditions. Brevard County will notify the Contractor in writing ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the agreement as to its intent to renew the agreement. |
