Description

"Greenville Municipal Airport -Crack Seal/Repair and Marking Runway 14-32 Bid Security: Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the bid. Bid security may be in the form of a certified check drawn upon a bank within the State of Maine, or a bid bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Maine, made payable to the Owner. The successful bidder must furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a separate 100% Payment Bond and will be required to execute the Contract Agreement within 10 days following notification of the acceptance of his bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept any bid, to waive any informality on bids received, and to omit any item or items deemed advisable for the best interest of the Owner. Attention of bidders is called particularly to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 180 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
