| Description | Sahara Avenue, Rainbow Blvd. to I-15 NB Ramps Safety Design Services Design safety improvements along Sahara Avenue from Rainbow Boulevard (SR 595) to the I-15 Northbound (NB) ramps as outlined in the “SAHARA AVENUE (SR 589) SAFETY MANAGEMENT PLAN”. The objective is to prepare a project design that is within current public right-of- way and includes all improvements shown in Table 1 – Sahara Improvements, included in the RFP. The preliminary design will be discussed at the kick-off meeting and field review. The budget for the construction project associated with this design effort is currently set at $4.0 million. All environmental work will be done by the DEPARTMENT’s Environmental Services Division. |
