Description

Clearance - WAPA shall perform switching to remove GK KV1A from service. Grounding - WAPA shall install Personal Protective Grounds (PPG’s). Leads - WAPA shall remove the Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary connections from the transformer. Protection - WAPA shall remove all trips and alarms for GK KV1A. Testing - WAPA shall perform the following preliminary tests on the as found De-energized Tap Changer (DETC) Taps.
