EOC Building Expansion

Scope of Work: Furnish and Install a 30' X 60' Single slope building to match the existing 30' X 60' Building. 2. Low Eave Height shall be 15' (Field verify Existing Building) 3. High Eave Height shall be 20' (Field verify Existing Building) 4. Footings and Slab with 3500 PSI concrete with 5" slab over #4 rebar 18" E/W. 5. Slope of the roof shall be a 2"/12" to match existing the EOC Building 6. Side wall shall have 2-12' X 12' Over head doors / with Openers. 7. Furnish install one 3'X7' Man door 9. Furnish and install 3 inch Vinyl Back insulation on new building as well as the existing building. 10. Demo and reinstall new sheet metal on walls and roof of the existing EOC building. (County to keep existing sheet metal). 11. Labor and Material to install 6 quad receptacles on columns. 12. Labor and Material to install 5 Led 4 foot four lamp shop lights. (Match Existing Field Verify Location) 13. Labor and Material to 1 exterior water Faucets. (Field Verify Location) 14. Labor and Material to install thirty feet of an interior Partition wall to match existing. 15. Labor and Material to install 10 Quad Plug outlets in the storage room (Location per EM Director). 16. Labor and Material to install one Exhaust Roof Top fan with a controlled wall Louver on the North Side with timer wired to the system. 17. Labor and Material to install 5 feet wide by 70 feet long 4 inch concrete apron on the south and west side of Building. 18. Labor and Material to install 8' polar white Linear Panel on new and existing Building. 19. Labor and Material to install New A/C unit in the existing Attic and Duct Work to Existing offices and Bathroom and New Storage Room. 20. Labor and Material to install Drop acoustic ceiling in Storage Room to match the existing offices, with three 2 x 4 Lay in Led lights. 21. Labor and Material to install wall light band at the top of the end walls. 22. Contractor to supply Erection Drawings for approval. 23. Contractor to Supply engineered structural Footing.
