2022 Board of Education Audio Visual Solution

The Arlington Central School District is seeking technology companies to submit proposals for upgrading Audio/Visual capabilities in auditorium located at Central Administration Office that will enable District to host in person events and livestream events in HD format. Proposals should address transformation of former auditorium into full featured meeting space with webbased capabilities built in. The technology companies should have experience producing design documents and installing the required technology items in their proposed solution. The A/V solutions should be high definition, have high quality audio, and meet the capabilities of the minimum requirements below. The District may decide to implement the proposed solution in its entirety, or in multiple phases. In the event bids cannot be opened on said date due to unforeseen events, they will be opened on the next day the Purchasing Department is open. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail or in the handling of the mail by employees of the school district. It is the responsibility of the bidder to assure that their bid is deposited at the proper location by the designated time. The ACSD Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
