Description | The Ocean County Board of Commissioners is requesting qualifications for the services for On-Call Golf Course Architecture Consulting Services. Name(s) and experience of the individual(s) to be assigned to perform the tasks, including a listed of experience with the County of Ocean and /or experience with New Jersey; 2. Provide a statement of the proposer's understanding of the Scope of Work and ability to perform the tasks in a timely fashion, including staffing and familiarity with the subject matter and the County. 3. A description of the support staff available to the individual(s) to be assigned. 4. All required documents provided in the Vendor Questionnaire must be filled out and included with your submission. Please note that, where applicable, the County's preferred method of document submission is DocuSign. 5. The responding firm/team shall submit a statement of qualification stating each category they wish to be considered for. Explain your background and strategy to complete the requested scope of work. 6. Respondents shall provide proof of a State of New Jersey license in Landscape Architecture or a Civil Engineer who limits their practice to Golf Course Design. In conforming with the targeted employment goals, the contractor or subcontractor agrees to review all procedures relating to transfer, upgrading, downgrading and layoff to ensure that all such actions are taken without regard to age, race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, marital status, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, nationality or sex, consistent with the statutes and court decisions of the State of New Jersey, and applicable Federal law and applicable Federal court decisions. The contractor and its subcontractors shall furnish such reports or other documents to the Division of Purchase & Property, CCAU, EEO Monitoring Program as may be requested by the office from time to time in order to carry out the purposes of these regulations, and public agencies shall furnish such information as may be requested by the Division of Purchase & Property, CCAU, EEO Monitoring Program for conducting a compliance investigation pursuant to Subchapter 10 of the Administrative Code at N.J.A.C. 17:27. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. |
