Bidder shall be classified/ prequalified by the DPMC for the categories applicable to this project - (C019 Concrete Foundation, Footings, masonry work, C059 Road Construction and Paving, C056 Sewer Piping & Storm Drains, C054 Site Work, C058 Underground Water & Utilities, and C047 - Electrical) Additionally, as of the date of the bid opening, if the Bidder is not DPMC classified/prequalified in the following categories, Bidder will be required to subcontract with subcontractors that are classified/prequalified in the following categories, such subcontractors shall be named in the bid, and all documents required by the bid instructions and law for the subcontractors shall be provided Site Visits beyond the March 29, 2022, pre-bid meeting can be arranged by calling Mr. Tom Smith, (856) 451-9400 ext. 266.
