The work shall consist of providing all labor, equipment, supplies and materials, to perform the following work at the Uvalde National Fish Hatchery (NFH) in accordance with these plans and specifications: 1. Design a 45Kw-AC solar photo-voltaic (PV) electric generation system in accordance with these plans and specifications and in accordance with the 2017 NEC (NFPA-70). The design shall include detailed engineered drawings showing the PV array structural details, electrical equipment installation details, wire sizes, grounding details, and equipment technical cut-sheets. This shall also include acquiring the appropriate local utility’s Inter-connection agreement for the full 45Kw-AC PV generation system and obtain the new applicable utility rate tariff schedule. 2. Install ONLY, a fully operational, 30Kw-AC, grid-tied, PV system for the hatchery headquarters office/visitor center building in accordance with the approved design submittal. The remaining 15Kw-AC PV generation system will be install the future when the funds become available. 3. 3. The project also includes working with the local electric utility provider to provide all additional equipment required to connect the new PV electrical generation system to the local utility grid.
