Interior Painting at WFO in Green Bay, WI

Brief Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and supervision of qualified personnel to paint the Upper Air Inflation Building (UAIB) interior in accordance with this statement of work. The work will encompass prepping, cleaning, priming, and painting the interior of the UAIB. Description of Work: 1. Remove all loose paint with wire brush 2. Prep and clean all surfaces ready for paint 3. Prime all surfaces with a rust inhibiting primer 4. Coat all surfaces with 2 coats Sher-Cryl HPA High performance acrylic or greater 5. Coordinate work with Site contact. Hydrogen bottles will need to be removed prior to starting work. Provide a detailed schedule so Hydrogen bottles can be replaced. 6. Approximate area of inflation building is 1200 Sq. Ft. 7. Approximate area of bottle storage building is 700 Sq. Ft 8. Match existing colors as close as possible. Tan on walls and Dark Brown on Walk doors 9. A designated COTR shall make a full inspection to see that the contract is completed per the statement of work. Items of inspection will include and are not limited to verifying good adhesion on painted surfaces, integrity of sealed joints and proper clean-up. 10. The finished surfaces shall be free from runs, drips, drops, ridges, and color variations. Any surfaces not free of deficiencies shall be stripped and repainted as specified at no cost to the Government. 11. Furnish not less than one full gallon of each type and color of paint, used in this project. Identify all containers individually with appropriate labels. 12.
