Description

The Vance Street Parking Lot bid includes, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, and incidental items associated with new parking lot construction. Construction will include 2072 LF of new curb and gutter, 915 SY of asphalt parking lot, storm drainage, and associated sidewalk. All elements of work not included in the bid schedule shall be considered incidental to the contract with no further payment provided. (hereinafter “Contract Work”).
