A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include parking lot reconstruction, install new storm drain system, regrade parking for improved drainage, curbing, and ADA ramps. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Estimated Cost: $800,000 Base Bid: Replacement of asphalt parking and drive isles for the Ridgecrest apartments which is located off of Bartz Way. Improvements include, ADA parking, ADA curb ramps, curb & gutter, paving, and a new storm drain system. Bid Alternate #1: Performing Arts Center parking lot crack seal, slurry seal coat, and restriping as indicated on the plans and meeting the technical specifications herein.
