Hale, Director of Modernization at mchale@hcaac.org The Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County is the public housing agency of Anne Arundel Maryland. HCAAC develops, owns and/or manages a wide range of rental housing in Anne Arundel County including public, affordable, and senior housing HCAAC has obtained approval from HUD to convert a number of its developments from traditional public housing to project based rental assistance under the housing choice voucher program pursuant to the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) process. The property identified in the RFP is a portion of the family-housing inventory available for this conversion. Implementation of the conversion is to follow the requirements of the RAD. |
