| Description | The work of this Contract comprises of furnishing and installation of solar powered lighting systems and associated poles. The solar lighting systems and the attachment to the pole must be designed to meet or exceed ASCE/SEI 7-16 specifications for 150-mph, Exposure D, wind event. The work will include but not be limited to site preparation, earthwork, complete solar powered lighting system, and site restoration. The work covers the installation of solar powered street lights, and poles. Over 100 solar lights are expected to be installed (See bid sheet). These lights will replace or supplement existing powered lights in key neighborhoods or intersections. The final locations will be determined by the City. |
