Amendment 0001 - Extend proposal due date Project No.: 7224983 Title: Interior Exterior Hurricane Repairs, FRCE NAICS Code and Standard Size: 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, $39.5 Million Contract Completion Date: All work shall be completed within 555 calendar days after award Estimated Cost Range: More than $10,000,000 Wage Determination: General Decision NC20220065 02/25/2022 Liquidated Damages: $2,485.00 per calendar day of delay Basis for Award: Lowest Price Proposal Acceptance Period: 90 days after receipt of proposal Site Visit: N/A Bond Requirements: Bid bonds are required in accordance with FAR 28.101-1. An electronic copy of your bid bond must be submitted with your proposal. A hard copy of your bid bond will be requested from the apparent low upon confirmation of their price and must be submitted to the FEAD office within one (1) business day from time of request. Failure to submit an electronic copy of your bid bond with your proposal will result in your proposal being deemed nonresponsive and your proposal removed from consideration. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.228-15 Performance and Payment Bonds--Construction and FAR Clause 52.228-13 Alternate Payment Protections, Payment and/or performance bond(s) will be requested at the time of award.
