Question Submission Close Date 7/12/2023 5:00 PM MDT The State of Montana Natural Resource Damage Program, is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for construction services. A more complete description of the services are provided in the Invitation to Bid and other Bidding Documents. Bids submitted in response to this IFB must comply with the instructions and procedures presented in the Bid Documents. The Project is located south of the city of East Helena, Montana. The site is located in Lewis and Clark County within Section 36, Township 10 North, Range 03 West, and Section 31, Township 10 North, Range 02 West. The Work will generally consist of providing all labor, materials, earthwork, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work required by the Contract Documents including as shown on the Drawings and described in the Special Provisions and Technical Specifications. This generally includes, but is not limited to: constructing trail surface, trail entrances, culverts, signposts, information kiosks, miscellaneous site improvements, and site reclamation.
