Description | Work includes construction of a pump station and approximate 760 LF of force main behind the Pocopson Elementary School. The bid must include all costs incidental to the work of the Project. Products shall be prequalified as equals for use on this project as is described by the Information to Bidders. Bidder shall meet the standards set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids may not be modified, withdrawn or canceled within a period of 60 days following the date for receipt of bids without the prior written consent of Unionville Chadds Ford School District. UCFSD reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors or omissions in any or all bids and to reject any or all bids. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Bidding Documents, UCFSD will have complete discretion to award a Contract (or not to award a Contract) to any bidder based on any criteria UCFSD deems relevant. |
