Site work and new construction of a civil project in Waimea, Hawaii. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project. To finance the construction of a 10-million-gallon water reservoir for the Lalamilo water system. This project is included county's FY 2022 Budget Capital Improvement Budget.
