Description	Design of a new 2-story stand-alone Risk Category IV hardened structure with approximately 19,000 square feet and will be located at 2925 Pineda Causeway, Melbourne, Florida 32940. The new Traffic Management Center (TMC) will primarily accommodate Brevard County Traffic Management and Space Coast Transportation Planning Organization (TPO). The awardee must be an expert or utilize experts who have design experience with a Traffic Management Center and all of its systems. The awardee must closely coordinate all concepts of design, all finishes (interior and exterior), and the design shall include all Architectural, Structural, Civil, Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing, Technologies, etc. for a complete design.
