The "Building A-1] Modifications' project consists of: BASE BID: The work of the Base Bid shall include the following: 1. Cleaning af existing structural columns within Building A-1 and place- ment of reinforced concrete encasement and application of a structural point system within the limits prescribed on the plans. 2. 8" diameter interior pipe bellard (4 total) 3. Design and fornishing af precast concrete wall sections as identified with- in the plans. 4 Adjustment of existing overhead Hors fa ensure ability to open completely. BID ALTERNATE 1: This Bid Alternate is generally described as the installation of twa new roll-up/coil daors within the southerly wall elevation af the existing building. Work items included consist of the fallowing: 1. Furnish and installation of overhead door, incuaing Structural and electrical lfams, as detailed within drawings 2. 8" diameter interior pipe bollards (Base Bid) shall be located as shown. 3. 8 diameter exterior pipe bollards BID ALTERNATE 2: 1. Provide a maximum of 44 additional precast concrete wall sections of a per each basis. GENERAL: This is a lump sum bid. All quantities shown on fhe bid sheet are to be verified with the plan decuments by the bidder. The sum of the line items may not add up te your total lump sum fee. These unit prices are te be used in the event of an owner directed change to the contract dacuments.
