Regional Multiple Award Construction Contract (RMACC) Region 1 - Task Order 70Z0G122RPFA02300: Firm-fixed price Task Order to Repair the Steam Distribution System at the USCG Academy: project includes all supervision, labor, material, and equipment needed for repairs to the underground steam and condensate piping system. The existing campus steam piping network consists of 14,698 linear feet of piping located in tunnels, manholes and direct buried. The scope of work requires the replacement of 1300 linear feet of the underground piping and associated valves and fittings: - Includes all work associated with the replacement of steam and condensate piping system between manholes #MH5, #MH6, #MH6A, #MH7, #MH8; expansion of the utility tunnel from manhole #MH6A to manhole #MH7; and the provision of temporary domestic hot water to Munro Hall and Leamy Hall.
