Qualified consultant teams that include a licensed engineering firm as project lead (Consultant), a surveying consultant, and an environmental consultant specializing in natural/cultural resource evaluation to provide design-phase services for the Great Western Trail Pedestrian Connection, including: • Project Scoping • Site survey • Field Inspection Review • Environmental Reviews (as required) o Wetland Determination/Delineation o Section 404 Permit o Migratory Bird Survey o Historic Resource Inventory o Stormwater Management Plan and MS4 Evaluation o Noxious Weeds Assessment and Management Plan o Hazardous Waste Assessment o Threatened & Endangered Species Assessment o Non-historic 4(f) or NH 4(f) • Right-of-way/utility/railroad clearances • Final Office Review • Consultation with Construction Phase Team • Deliverables shall include Construction Plans, Specifications, Cost Estimates and Environmental Reports (as required). Note: Cost Estimates are not to be included with the Bid Proposal.
