| Description | The work consists of: 1. Removal and replacement of designated asphalt shingle roofing system and fascia (on seven (7) buildings). Gutters, leaders and soffits will also be removed and replaced. 2. Removal includes but is not limited to the following: existing shingles, cap shingles, underlayment, flashing, etc., as shown on the drawings. 3. Coordinating roofing replacement with any existing rooftop piping/infrastructure conditions. 4. Installation of the following: a. Roofing felts b. Ice protection underlayment c. Stainless steel flashing (including stepped) d. New mineral-surfaced, self-sealing, glass fiber base asphalt shingles e. Gutters and leaders f. Soffits and fascia as required. 5. All other work required to complete re-roofing work for roof areas as indicated on the drawings. |
