Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, chemicals, materials (unless specified otherwise) supplies, tools, transport, rental fees, and fuel surcharges as necessary to paint each unit as specified herein with the following exceptions: 1. AHA reserves the right to require that the Contractor use specific painting agents. 2. Painting agents that remove paint or finishes from surfaces shall not be used. The Contractor shall be responsible to replace damaged fixtures or repair damaged surfaces as a result of using chemicals inappropriately. B. AHA shall be responsible for completing all repairs to the unit for damages incurred by the resident(s) and for removing all furniture and trash prior to releasing the assigned unit to the Contractor. C. The Contractor shall remove all debris from dwelling units daily and dispose off-site. Additionally, AHA is not responsible for any materials, supplies, tools, and/or equipment, including but not limited to, floor equipment that is housed on AHA property or is not removed from the premises at the end of each working day. D. The Contractor shall be responsible for any damages caused to the property of the Authority by the Contractor and shall repair or compensate the Authority for these damages to the sole satisfaction of the Authority.
