Description

Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Vendor will evaluate the Building Automation System (BAS) monthly to monitor system performance. Vendor will provide software support and software upgrades as needed during the performance period. Vendor will provide complete system database backup during the performance period. Vendor shall provide training and updates with facility personnel related to system controls and functions, software upgrades, history logs and system setpoints. Vendor shall conduct and maintain an inventory of the facility HVAC controls system. Vendor shall provide technical support monthly to implement the preventative maintenance and support services outlined in this document.
