Briggs Corner Fire Station Roof Replacement

Scope of work shall include the replacement of existing roofing on the following sections of the building: 1. Apparatus Bay (Upper Roof) 2. Living Area (Lower Roof) Apparatus Bay Roof Replacement Scope of Work: • Roof dimensions for this section are approximately 35 feet X 40 feet (1,400 square feet approx.) • Erect scaffolding as necessary to access work area • Remove all existing EPDM membrane and insulation to original roof deck • Install pressure treated wood nailer on entire roof perimeter as needed • Install double layer 2.6-inch poly iso (R-30) or equivalent mechanically fastened to roof deck • Install fully-adhered 0.060 EPDM roof membrane with 10-year warranty and flashing on all penetrations, walls, and perimeter edges in accordance with manufacturer specifications • Install white .032 aluminum edge metal on entire roof perimeter • Install 2 new 4-inch RAC drains (or equivalent) on entire roof • Remove all job-related debris and perform daily clean-up while work is in progress • Pricing shall include all permits, labor, and materials. • All pricing shall include prevailing wages.
