1 1 Each 12’ 11” x 7’ 6” x 74’ x .200 thickness aluminum structural pipe arch fully welded to the inlet and outlet headwalls. See attached drawings 2 1 Each 27’ x 10’ 6” headwall (inlet end). Fully welded structural aluminum plate. Headwalls shall be designed for surcharge. Backfill shall be in accordance of the 2018 NCDOT standard specifications and roadway standard drawings. Backfill shall be select backfill material class III or class II Type I or class IV (ABC) #57 washed stone shall not be utilized as back fill. 3 1 Each 27’ x 10’ 6” headwall (outlet end).
