Hubbard Creek Reservoir (HCR) Dam Roadway Improvements

As of 3/17/2023, owner decided to complete the project themselves due to budgetary concerns. The website will be updated periodically as needed with addenda, reports or other information relevant to submitting a proposal for the Project. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Cashiers Check or Bid Bond, acceptable to the District, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the Bidder, if awarded the Contract, will promptly execute the Agreement in accordance with the Proposal and the other Contract Documents. The District reserves the right to reject any and/or all Bids, waive any informality or technicality in the Bids received and to accept the Bid it deems most beneficial to the District.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Dam Construction and Equipment.
