Equipment Storage Building at Mine Kill State Park

General Construction Contract - D005880 - $ 243,000- $330,000 Electrical Contract - D005881 - $34,000-$46,000 This project is for the construction of a new prefabricated metal building for equipment storage. The building will be 30’x85’ (2,550 sq ft) enclosed with a 12’x85’ (1,020 sq ft) attached covered shed roof area. The building will be set on a 5’ deep concrete foundation and have a 6” thick concrete slab floor. This project also includes bringing a new electric service to the building from an existing transformer as well as interior and exterior lighting, exhaust fans, garage door openers, receptacles, etc. The building will only have electric power; no water, sewer, or HVAC. The building will be located just West of the existing Park Office in an open field. The site around the building will have approximately 6,200 sq ft of asphalt pavement and approximately 5,790 sq ft of gravel. Refer to the contract plans and Project Manual for all associated work.
