If the prospective Bidder provides a customer number for a specified delivery company (such as Fed Ex, or UPS), then upon receipt of the $100.00 document fee the Issuing Office will deliver the printed Bidding Documents via the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder (shipping charges billed to the prospective Bidder's account).Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the office hours (8 AM - 5 PM) by appointment only. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents on compact disc will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen. Five Percent (5%) of the Total Gross Sum Bid in the form of a Bid Bond. Cash will not be accepted as a deposit. Bid deposits of all unsuccessful bidders shall be returned promptly upon execution of the contract with the successful bidder.
