| Description | The work is fully described in the Bid Documents for BBP; Building #32, 11949 Westar Lane Pavement Maintenance Project. liquidated damages in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per day Each bid must be submitted only on the Bid Form included in the Bid Documents either online through MRSC Bonfire Portal or be in a sealed envelope addressed to the Port of Skagit. Each sealed envelope containing a bid must be plainly marked on the outside as BBP; Building #32, 11949 Westar Lane Pavement Maintenance Project and set forth the name and address of the Bidder, as well as, the bid opening date. Bids may be mailed to the Executive Director, Port of Skagit, 15400 Airport Drive, Burlington, WA 98233, or hand delivered to the executive director at the same address prior to the bid opening. The Engineers cost opinion for all work is $390,000.00 |
