Description | SLAB: To pour and install an 80’ Wide X 20’ Deep slab for the material bays to be built upon. The slab should be 6” thick with 3000 PSI concrete. -6”x6” welded wire mesh will be used in the slab. There should be at least a 4” thick gravel base, beneath the slab. There should be a slight slope from the back of the slab to the front, so that water may run off. The slab will be 6” above the ground surface, beginning at the surface. There should be footings poured with the slab. Footings shall be 16” wide X 18” deep. #4 rebar should be used in the footings. BAY WALLS: There should be 6 total walls to be poured and installed for the material bays. This will create 5 total bays for material storage. The two exterior bay walls will be 20’ deep X 8’ Tall in the rear and 6’ tall in the front. This will allow a slope on top of the walls from rear to front. The 4 middle bays will be 19’ deep X 8’ tall in the rear and 6 ‘tall in the front. This will allow a slope on top of the walls from rear to front. There will be a 1’ gap from the rear of the wall to the cinder block building. (see drawings for clarification or contact Nic Griffin.) All walls will be will be steel reinforced with #5 rebar on 2’ center. All walls will be 1’ thick. |
