Construction of Recreational Pool

A copy of the bid package and all questions and site examination requests should be directed to Steven Weaver (sweaver@gilmercounty-ga.gov or 706-889-7422). The successful bidder will be required to pay sales and use tax on materials purchased or used on this project. The project will be scheduled for completion by May 19, 2023. Gilmer County reserves the right to reject any and all bids that are non-responsive or not responsible, to accept complete or partial bids, all at the sole election of and determined to be in the best interest of the county by the Board of Commissioners and to waive any irregularities or technicalities thereunder. Gilmer County further reserves the right to make an award as deemed in its best interest, which may include awarding a bid to a single bidder or multiple bidders; or to award the whole bid, only part of the bid, or none of the bid to single or multiple bidders, all at the sole election of and determined to be in the best interest of the county by the Board of Commissioners.

Division 22 -	Plumbing, Pool and Fountain Plumbing Systems, Swimming Pool Plumbing Systems.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Special Purpose Lighting, Underwater Lighting.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing, Earth Moving, Grading, Excavation and Fill.
