Ewings Road Resurfacing and Drainage Improvements, Jacques Road to Main Street

Ewings Road Resurfacing&Drainage Improvements, Jacques Road to Main Street Project No. 2120 in accordance with Drawings, Specifications and other Contract Documents prepared by/for the Department of Public Works - Engineering Division. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, Bid Bond, or other acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty acceptable to the County Attorney, in an amount equal to at least five percent (5% as a guaranty that, if the Proposal is accepted, the Bidder will file a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond acceptable to the County Attorney, and execute the Contract within ten (10) days after the award of the Contract. The County of Niagara reserves the right to waive any informalities in or reject any and all bids, or to make any Contract which it deems to be in the best interest of the County. The cost estimate is $850,000 - $900,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
