Deerfield Park - Repair Cracks on 4 Tennis Courts and 2 Basketball Courts

Rout out, air blow and clean all cracks. Immediately remove all debris from cleaning operations to include areas of surrounding pavement and fencing. Contractor shall dispose of all debris in an approved, licensed landfill. Disposal is not available on site. Fill all cracks to court level with an approved court patch, highly flexible, asbestos-free, high solids filler such as; Armor Crack Repair system ®, Riteway Crack Repair System® and Binder Patch® or EQUAL alternative. Multiple applications may be necessary. Sand, smooth and level patches and any and all rough edges and remove debris. For resurfacing, furnish and apply one coat (1) 100 % acrylic resurfacer over entire repaired area to help fill in all asphalt imperfections and act as a primer coat. 1.4. For acrylic color coatings, furnish and apply fully pigmented two (2) coats 100 % acrylic coating surface system to repaired area. This shall consist of (1) 100 Acrylic Filler Coat and (1) 100% Acrylic Finish Coat. Tennis courts shall be Forest Green for court and Brick Red for surrounds. The Basketball Courts shall be Royal Blue for court and Brick Red for surroundings. All colors shall be approved by Town Recreation Department prior to installation.
