Description

Description of purpose work nature and volume: General Construction: Bldg. 1 - WTS entrance & South entrance near MRI (Bldg. 1) WTS Remove revolving door and swing doors at exterior and interior - add new auto slider doors at interior and exterior. South entrance near MRI and add storefront structure with auto slider doors, BLDGS. 19 & 21 VESTIBULES Demo existing Bldg. 19 vestibule and add new vestibule. Then put interior swing doors for both buildings on auto feature and add exterior auto slider doors at both buildings. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision and all necessary resources necessary to complete project. Work includes general construction, alterations, concrete, electrical, necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items. All work to be performed according to the drawings and specifications at the Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. No PHI/PII will be involved. The C&A requirements do not apply, and a Security Accreditation Package is not required. The above construction Statement of Work (SOW) constitutes a basic outline of work and in no way outlines all details for the construction of this project. It is recommended that a detailed inspection of the premises, drawings and specifications be initiated to determine the needs and conditions for the construction of this project.
