Description

The replacement of one (1) Sanitary Sewer Manhole Structures located in South Gardiner, Maine in the shoulder of State Route 24 River Avenue (Southbound) in front of the US Post Office located at 681 River Avenue in South Gardiner, Maine 05359. The manhole is approximately 12 feet deep and 5 feet in diameter and is constructed out of bricks, concrete and other materials and carries sewerage through a gravity sewer system in South Gardiner. There are two opposed gravity flow inlets of approximately 12 inches in diameter passing flow through an approximately 15 inch outlet into a lateral sewer crossing State Route 24 River Avenue at the intersection of Mill Street.
