Petersburg Sports Complex Field Renovations

The intent ofthis Invitation for Bid is to establish a firm price for all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to execute sports field renovation at the Petersburg Sports Complex Baseball Field located at 100 Birdsong Road, Petersburg, Virginia 23805, in accordance with the Scope ofWork and General Conditions ofthe Contract. 1. Till all grass areas ofthe baseball field. 2. Laser grade the entire field with a cone laser. 3. Install new sod on all grass areas ofthe baseball field using Tahoma 31 Bermuda grass or 419 bermuda grass. 4. Laser grade infield dirt area. 5. Install all new base anchors, home plate, and rebuild the pitcher's mound. 6. Regrade the warning track around the entire field with new stone and compact to include around the borders ofthe entire field 7. Adjust irrigation heads to correct height after establishing new grade. . The Contractor shall not remove the unwanted dirt. Any unwanted dirt will be stick piled onsite. 9. The irrigation system and watering ofnew sod will be the responsilbity of Others.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
