The City Council of the City of Owatonna, Minnesota, will receive bids 10:00 a.m., May 31, 2023 for the making of the following described improvements: construction of the 2023 Street & Utility Project in accordance with the Plans and Specifications prepared by the City Engineer. All work described in these Specifications, Special Provisions, Plans and other Contract Documents that are not covered by bid items shall be considered incidental work.
