Description Luzerne County Road and Bridge: Full Depth Reclamation of East County Road, CR37 This work item generally consists of the Contractor providing traffic control, equipment and labor necessary to rehabilitate the roadway pavement. Reclaim existing asphalt, stone and soil with cement and grade to a normal section or as directed. Furnish, deliver and place approved Warm Mix Asphalt, WMA, in the prepared areas. Driveway adjustments to new pavement surfaces. Backup new pavement surface with Penn DOT No. 2A Stone in select areas. Place AASHTO #1 Stone in select areas in swales and adjacent to pavement.
