| Description | To Make the needed repairs specified in the scope of work to correct the building envelope issues at NES 123,056 Sq. Ft. facility. Replace all vented roof soffit to fascia around lineal perimeter w/solid soffit & seal all cracks & edges +/- 2,755` plus cupolas to match existing color. Total +/-3,200 lineal ft. Including Cupolas - perimeter 140` and 160` each as per architectural drawings ALTERNATE- 1 DORMER & CRICKET Repair roof flashing leaks to two Dormers and Cricket (Mechanical intake to Louver Dormers & flashings) ALTERNATE- 2 ROOF RIDGE Remove all existing metal ridge & replace /vented ridge - (to match existing color.) ALTERNATE- 3 – EXHAUST FANS Install Roof Curbed Attic Exhaust Fans in place of Vented Roof Ridge Quality: Include 12 Attic Exhaust Fans with curbs and flashing 2. |
